Bilo Selhi is not registered as a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Any stock alert or stock or crypto asset or anything else mentioned on the site or any emails or any communication from Bilo Selhi represents his own opinions and should not be relied upon for purposes of effecting securities transactions or other investing strategies, nor should they be construed as an offer or solicitation of an offer to sell or buy any security, nor does it constitute investment advice. The site exists for educational and general informational purposes only. Bilo Selhi does not have any non-public information regarding the companies/stocks  mentioned in this site. Trade prices that appear on the site are posted by Bilo Selhi based on his real-time data sources, and may be different from what is achievable and are not to be relied upon. There may also be differences between the price as what you see from your terminal due to delays in Internet connectivity, quote delays, refresh intervals, data entry errors, and market conditions. Entries may at times be in error due to system or data-entry errors.
2. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.   The 1,302% total return was achieved over a period of 13 months from 2013 to 2014 in Bilo Selhi's personal accounts with his own trading capital (ie. real money and actual realized gains).
3. Bilo Selhi does not verify the results of any subscribers' trades. Subscribers' testimonials, tweets and comments represent their own opinions.
4. Trading stocks, crypto assets, options, futures, commodities has large potential rewards, but also large potential loss. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them before trading or investing. Don't trade with money you can't afford to lose.
5. Bilo Selhi's strategy is primarily focused on finding the big gainers (approximately 30% or more increase within the same day to a few days/weeks, some trades may take longer or may not work at all and may result in losses).  
6. Use of the site is not for commercial or promotional purposes or for re-distribution. All site messages, including private messages, are archived, and I reserve the right to discontinue access for anyone not complying with the site’s rules.
7. Refund policy:  Refunds are at the discretion of Bilo Selhi. 
8. Bilo Selhi does not receive compensation or have any agreement with any company to trade alert a stock or put a stock on the Watch List.
9. If there are any stocks featured on BiloSelhi's @StocksThatDoubl Twitter/X account where compensation was received, those stocks will contain a disclaimer in accordance with Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933. As example, the disclaimer would include words to this effect, "SPONSORED AD BY THIRD-PARTY XYZABCo PAID $XXX.00 CASH to BiloSelhi" and "POSITION DISCLOSURE: NOT HOLDING".
10. Bilo Selhi may or may not have a long position in a stock posted on the Watch List or that was alerted for a trade. Bilo Selhi does not short sell any stocks on watch list or trade alerted.
11. Bilo Selhi does not assess, verify or guarantee the suitability or profitability of any particular investment. You bear responsibility for your own investment research and decisions and should seek the advice of a qualified securities professional before making any investment. As an express condition of using this service and any time after ending the service, you agree not to hold Bilo Selhi or the companies themselves liable for trading losses, lost profits or other damages resulting from your use of information in any form (Web-based, email-based, text based), and you agree to indemnify and hold Bilo Selhi  harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this agreement. This paragraph is not intended to limit rights available to you or to me that may be available under the federal securities laws.

• What personal information is collected and why?
• BiloSelhi.com receives information that is directly provided, such as personal information you provide when you visit the Service, and information that is passively or automatically collected from you, such as anonymous information collected from your browser or device. In this Privacy Policy,  all of this is referred to as "information".
• When ordering/subscribing on BiloSelhi.com  you are re-routed to Paypal.com for secure order processing. You may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. That information is processed by Paypal, then the name, email address, mailing address, phone number is provided to BiloSelhi.com.  Credit/debit card numbers and bank account numbers are NOT provided to BiloSelhi.com. 
• BiloSelhi.com  requests users provide their Telegram alias so that access to the service can be granted. 
• BiloSelhi.com collects and stores name (if provided by Paypal) and email address, and also Telegram alias if the user explicitly provided this information to BiloSelhi.com .  No other personally identifiable information is stored.  BiloSelhi.com only requires Telegram alias to use the service.
• This information is stored and used for various purposes such as: 
• - to give or deny access to the service
• - to offer a contest or promotion or survey
• - to respond to customer requests
• - to personalize communication
• Information is stored indefinitely or until user requests it to be permanently deleted.

• Emails from Paypal.com that contain personal information from customers are deleted (from Inbox and Trash folder) within minutes after being read.

• BiloSelhi.com does not sell, share or rent any personally identifiable customer information.
• Comments with personally identifiable information sent to Bilo Selhi via email or private (direct) messages are not shared unless explicit permission is granted by the user.
• Public comments sent to Bilo Selhi on Twitter.com can automatically be seen by other members or by the public depending how the user composes the message in the Twitter system.  A select few of those public comments may be retweeted or copied or shared publicly on BiloSelhi.com
• Cookies (web browser):
• When visiting BiloSelhi.com,  third-party plug-ins from Twitter use cookies for purposes of serving information from Bilo Selhi's Twitter page.
• IP address and web browser type is automatically collected and stored by the web hosting service for purposes of website analytics such as number of unique visitors that visit a page.
